✔ ALLOWED: For the most part, household & construction materials are allowed.
🚫 PROHIBITED: Liquid, oil, paint, paint cans (wet or dry), dirt/sand, hunting refuse, batteries, asbestos, hazardous materials.
⚠️ NO MIXING: Concrete, brick, yard debris, landscaping material, roofing shingles. These are only accepted in Recycling Dumpsters and can never be mixed with other materials.
💲 ADD-ON ITEMS: Tires (not bicycles), mattresses, box springs, appliances with freon, and pallets. These still go inside the dumpster, but will have an extra fee due to disposal requirements. You will see these as optional add-on items BEFORE you submit payment for your dumpster.

Price difference between the 10yd and 20yd is only +$100. That means double the capacity AND double the weight included, for an extra hundred bucks.
- 10 cubic yards is equivalent to ~4 pickup truck loads
- 20 cubic yards is equivalent to ~8 pickup truck loads
On the Dumpsters page, you can select Premium or Standard and see the dimensions for both the 10yd and 20yd options in that style.
For the Standard - the difference between 10yd and 20yd is primarily in the height of the walls. For the Premium - the big difference is in the length of the dumpsters.
Reminder: You can only fill as high as the walls of the dumpster. If you are adding any bulky items like a sofa you will want to go with the 20yd.

But no higher than the top rail of the dumpster. No higher than the walls. No mountains.
Why? Safety.
Overloaded dumpsters cannot be transported. Please be mindful of this as you load! Avoid air pockets by laying items flat, filling in gaps, and breaking items down before placing them in the dumpster. This also allows you to maximize the capacity of the dumpster!
Remember that each dumpster includes delivery, removal, disposal (1-2 Tons) and up to 7 days. If you need another dumpster, that is considered a new order and will reset everything included - a new 7 days, a new 1-2 tons included.

You can also book for delivery any time in the future. We recommend booking once you have dates for the project. If plans change, you can always call us to reschedule Delivery and/or Pickup.
Remember that 7 days are included and deliveries are always in the morning, unless you specify otherwise.
Additional time is +$25/day and must be requested - pickup is automatically scheduled after the included 7 days. Dumpsters delivered on Monday are automatically scheduled to be removed the following Monday.

7 days are included with every dumpster! If you book online, you're automatically scheduled for pickup after 7 days (based on your delivery date) unless you tell us otherwise!
Ex: Delivery Tuesday = Pickup the following Tuesday
There's a "Special Instructions" section when you book your dumpster - use this to let us know anything important (renters checking in, real estate photos, material deliveries, or HOA rules) just let us know when you call and we’ll plan accordingly!
